[HTCondor-users] negotiating for DedicatedScheduler in local pool: 0 matched, 2 rejected

How to debug this problem? why there are 2 rejected?

All jobs are not scheduled by condor now(except local jobs). This happened for 4 days.

The condor configs are not modified for a long time.

one machine in the pool: /var/log/condor/SchedLog
