[HTCondor-users] More spurious "bad or missing credentials" errors on windows when doing "run_as_owner = true"

Fresh install of 8.4 on a few Windows machines.

"condor_store_cred query" says the user has successfully stored a credential. The pool password is also correctly set on all machines.

When submitting a job as part of a dag that sets "run_as_owner = true" the job gets held. "condor_q -analyze" reports "bad or missing credentials".

"condor_store_cred query" continues to report that everything is fine on all machines.

Any pointers?
