It appears the deltacloud_gahp wasnât included in the Ubuntu package because it depends on the deltacloud client library.

You can find HTCondor packages for Ubuntu that include the deltacloud_gahp at the HTCondor website. The download page is http://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/downloads/
