[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 8.2.3 on Win7: condor_kbdd.exe has stopped working

Hi,

I installed HTCondor 8.2.3 on a Win7 PC.
Each time after reboot, a window pops up with:


condor_kbdd.exe has stopped working


Windows can check online for a solution to the problem

-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program

Three HTCondor executables are running as the user "SYSTEM":
condor_master.exe
condor_kbdd.exe
condor_procd.exe

Another instance of condor_kbdd.exe should be running as the unpriviledged user, but that one crashes. Any idea what is the matter here?
