That might get your system back to usable, but that's not a "real" solution
since you are removing all your jobs.

Could you please open a ticket by sending an email to
htcondor-admin@xxxxxxxxxxx, and include the version of HTCondor you are using
and attach your SchedLog.  Thanks!
