I found solution in the archive but still I don't know why this happened so that I can avoid it in the future. Ideas are appreciated in here.

-stop condor service
-remove file CONDO_LOCAL_DIR/spool/job_queue.log
-start condor service

Since then I haven't been able to submit any other job, see the queue or even delete the jobs queued even though I restarted the Node and also the Cluster.

Do you have any suggestions for solving this issue?
