[HTCondor-users] condor_master.exe High CPU Usage

Hi,

condor_master.exe is having a high CPU
usage in some of our Windows machines, disturbing our slot donator users.
When we open MasterLog file we find
the following message:

Could someone help figue out how to
fix that and figure out what could be causing this?

Condor Version = 8.0.0
Op Sys= Windows
