Hi Prem -

It will be hard to help without knowing how you configured your pool to 
handle 'whole nodes' -vs- partial nodes in the first place.

Did you follow the recipe here
 https://htcondor-wiki.cs.wisc.edu/index.cgi/wiki?p=WholeMachineSlots
or did you come up with some other configuration?
