[HTCondor-users] Unclaimed not Claimed

Hello,

version 7.6.5, Vanilla jobs.

I am seeing that even though there are several Unclaimed whole nodes, a requests for a new whole node jobs are getting pushed to nodes that still have few other jobs running on them. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
