[Condor-users] schedd ports

I have multiple schedulers (submit nodes running schedd) running for a condor cluster.  When running 'condor_q -global' the submit nodes are unable to talk to each other due to firewall rules.

Is there a way to force schedd to run on a specific port?  I did not think it honors the highport / lowport setting in condor_config.
