[Condor-users] Condor 7.6.3 released

The Condor team is pleased to announce the release of Condor 7.6.3. This 
release in the 7.6 stable series includes many bugs fixes.  There are 
particularly important bug fixes to the parallel universe concerning job 
leases and reconnecting parallel job when the schedd restarts.  See the 
Version history for a complete list of relevant changes.
