Hmm, this sounds like it might be a case where DAGMan (directed acyclic 
graph manager) would simplify things for you -- if you have a bunch of 
jobs with dependencies between them, DAGMan is more reliable and easier 
to use than some kind of script that directly calls condor_submit, 
condor_wait, etc.
