[Condor-users] non-existing WANT_PREEMPT set by 7.4.2 msi installer

Hello,

I noticed the .msi installer for Condor 7.4.2 on Windows adds 
WANT_PREEMPT = $(UWCS_WANT_PREEMPT) to the condor_config by default. 
UWCS_WANT_PREEMPT is not defined, and the manual doesn't mention any 
WANT_PREEMPT setting. The condor_config in the .zip doesn't contain 
either. Does it do anything, or did this carry over from a previous version?
