[Condor-users] Problem Upgrade from 7.0.5 to 7.4.1

Hi,

I'm in the process of upgrading from 7.0.5 to 7.4.1 and i'm facing a problem with Cron job starting. 

With 7.0.5 the jobs are starting, but with 7.4.1 i got 

Cron: Initializing job 'job2' (C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe)
01/06 09:58:03 Create_Process: CreateProcess failed, errno=267
01/06 09:58:03 Cron: Error running job 'job2'

any hint?
