I have set Start=true in my local configuration file and now it work.
But I have really understand what I have done with this command.
Can you explain me? I have read Condor Manual but I have not understand very well.

If you'll notice, your machine is in the "Owner" state. If you've got
recent activity on it, maybe that's why. If you wait a little bit,
does the job end up running (i.e. after the machine goes from Owner to
Unclaimed)? If not, what do you have START set to on the execute
host?
