Hi,

The release notes of Condor 7.3.0 refers a new feature: CPU affinity controlling. However I can't find any information about this feature (and the configuration variables ENFORCE_CPU_AFFINITY and SLOTx_CPU_AFFINITY) in the documentation.

Can you describe how CPU affinity control works?
