[Condor-users] STARTER_JOB_ENVIRONMENT

Hello,

we wanted to set the default value for 
notification to never for all submitted jobs.
I added 

STARTER_JOB_ENVIRONMENT = 'notification=Never'

to the configuration on both - the scheduler server and on the starter
server.
This was not fruitful. Any ideas?
