[Condor-users] globusrun-ws: Job failed: The executable could not be started.

Hi ,
   when I tried to run command globusrun-ws -submit -Ft Condor -c
/bin/true ,
I am getting folowing error

Current job state: Failed
Destroying job...Done.
globusrun-ws: Job failed: The executable could not be started.

I can run the globusrun-ws -submit -c /bin/true command successfully.
Can anyone help ?
