Have you tried installing with logging enabled?  If not, you can find out
how to here:

This will help determine where the installer is running into trouble.

Hi All,

I've been attempting to install Condor on a Vista machine, but the
installation wizard ends prematurely, apparently leaving no trace of the
problem. This is for version 7.0.4, using the condor-7.0.4-winnt50-x86.msi
installer. 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
