[Condor-users] GRIDMANAGER_LOCK and PVM in 7.0.0

Taking a look at the condor-7.0.0 manual and source code the only place
I can find a reference to the string "GRIDMANAGER_LOCK" is in two of the
example condor_config files. Does this setting do anything?

Another trivial observation is that examples/PVM could presumably be removed
from the 7.x distributions now that PVM support has been dropped.
