[Condor-users] Oracle-enabled Quill binaries

Hello -

I've built the Condor 7.0.0 release with Oracle support enabled in Quill.
The binaries are available here:

http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~epaulson/oracle-quill/

In order to use it, you'll need to download the Oracle Instant Client 
libraries for Linux. They're available from Oracle's website.

Nearly everything works the same as it the default PostgreSQL version of
Quill. You'll want to follow the configuration guidelines from this
Quill overview:

The version string associated with these binaries are:
$CondorVersion: 7.0.0 Feb  1 2008 ORACLE-QUILL-RC1 $
