- Subject: [Condor-users] condor_gets() bug with very large files?
Hi all,
one of our users encountered the following situation:
He condor_compiled a code which uses fgets to read lines from large
files. However, when the file is larger than 4 Gbyte the file never get
fully read, probably because of 32bit vs. 64bit issues (the compile
machine is 64bit btw).
It seems that condor replaces fgets() with condor_gets() which seems to
have problems with LFS. Right now the user needs to compile without
condor_compile, but is there a way around it?
Cheers
Carsten
