To transfer the python script to the work site use,
Transfer_input_files = qap_compute.py
You don't need the line,
Input = qap_compute.py
but it is harmless, I guess.
Your batch script needs to forward the arguments it
receives to the python script. Edit the batch script
like this,
qap_compute.py %*
as currently your python job is running with no
arguments.
You could be explicit and say
qap_compute.py %1 %2 %3
whichever you prefer.
