The standard output and error files may be streamed back to the submit 
machine using stream_output=true and stream_error=true in the submit file.

Other files could be pushed back periodically to the submit machine 
using Condor's chirp mechanism.

The following section in the manual describes how to use chirp from 
java. There is also a C library for chirp.
