[Condor-users] RUST ticket system down?

I have not received back the normal email notification when opening
new condor rust tickets today.  I would appreciate it if someone could
confirm that the following email subject lines have made it into the
problem tracking system:

condor-support
LIGO: 6.9.5 starter assertion error at line 575

condor-admin
LIGO: Condor 6.9.5 master coredump
LIGO: checkpoint server failure to start
