[Condor-users] Condor status Owner/Unclaimed

Hello everyone,

I am trying to setup condor on pool of machines. Installation went
through fine and I am able to submit jobs. But I seeing a problem
when I execute condor_status command I get the below output

Here, the machines which has the status 'Owner' doesn't seem to pick up any job. 
What could be the problem? Am I missing any configuration parameters?
Could anyone throw some light on what 'State' means and the difference
between Owner and Unclaimed?
