[Condor-users] instrumenting condor

How can I instrument my condor system to find out where the bottlenecks
are located?  Is there some condor instrumentation guide that I can look
at?  For instance, I have a trivial job that takes > 5 minutes to finish:

universe=globus
GlobusScheduler=cit-gatekeeper.ultralight.org:2119/jobmanager-condor
executable=/bin/echo
args=Hello_World
Output          = job_test.output
Error           = job_test.error
Log             = job_test.log
queue

...and I'd like to find out why it takes so long to complete.
