Hello,
Thank you everybody for responding. I am currently away from the lab, so I will not be able to check on this.
In response to the questions
>>Have you restarted all the daemons since editing the >>condor_config file?
Yes. I issued a condor_restart. I also rebooted the machines and started condor again. Is there anything I am missing?
>>If you run condor_status -long, what do you get for >>'Requirements' and 'Start'?
I am unable to check this now. But will respond as soon as I get back to the lab.
Thank you all.

In Condor, machines pick which jobs they're willing to run, just like
jobs pick which machines they're willing to run on. Matching a job to
a machine is bi-lateral. That is, the requirements of both much be
satisfied. condor_q -analyze is telling you that none of the machines
are willing to run your job. This is expressed in the 'Requirements'
_expression_ you see in condor_status -l.
