[Condor-users] Installation error

Hi,

I failed to install Condor-6.7.19 on Windows XP SP2.
The error message:
CUSTOM ACTION "ExeCaKeyF04" FAILED(unexpected return code). LOCATION: C:\Condor\, COMMAND: "cmd.exe" /c echo y|cacls "C:\condor" /t /g Everyone:R Administrators:F

Help me please...
