[Condor-users] Please teach a way of submit of job on windows.

Hello. 

Installation is completed now, and reading of a node in pool is confirmed 
by a command of condor_status. 

However, an error comes out when I submit job to here with condor_submit. 
After error indication, condor_submit is finished forcibly. 

I input it only with condor_submit without a file name, and the same error 
comes out even if I carry it out. 

windows popup comes out to this error in GUI not CUI. 

Content is as follows.

Because a problem occurred, I finish condor_submit.exe.  I am sorry I lack 
in inconvenience, and to do it.

What will this error mean? 
How may I submit job in this pool?
