[Condor-users] jobmanager other than Fork, LSF and PBS

Hi friends,

I was reading this article:

according to this... the job is submitted using Condor and Globus to a job manager namely FORK or LSF or PBS.

Can v have a job manager Condor rather than Fork or LSF or PBS to manage the job submission and execution.
if yes, wat will be the description file?
