[Condor-users] COUNT_HYPERTHREAD_CPUS broken?

Subject: [Condor-users] COUNT_HYPERTHREAD_CPUS broken?

In 6.7.3 windows, has anyone tried setting COUNT_HYPERTHREAD_CPUS=FALSE in their config? What is the expected behavior? I assume that the number of VMs will decrease by half but apparently that’s not what’s happening.
