[Condor-users] 6.7.13 Quill errors

Hi,
I occassionally (daily) get the Quill error

eg.
12/1 11:03:07 [SQL EXECUTION ERROR2] ERROR:  duplicate key violates unique 
constraint "history_vertical_pkey"

This prevents the quill queue from updating and only probing the Schedd 
directly gives the correct status. It does not clear by restarting quill 
but restarting the schedd fixes it.
