On windows system condor_submit_dag 6.7.10 seams to be adding the condor log
path to the current working directory instead of using it directly.

This is how the log was defined: //sv_render/test...
and this is how it is in the sub file generated by condor_submit_dag: x:\temp\//sv_render/test...

Is it a bug or a new feature that I'm not aware of?
