[Condor-users] how to setup condor to be opportunistic

Hi there! Right now, I have a working condor setup here in our studio 
consisting of 3 workstations and 4 render nodes. I have been using it to 
render maya scene files and everything seems to be
working ok. My problem so far is that condor is not detecting whether 
someone is using the workstation or not. That is even if Im using my 
workstation, condor still uses my machine to render scenes.
How do I set up condor to use the workstations only when there is no 
user activity? Is this not the default configuration of condor? I've 
made only minor changes to condor's configuration files so
far since i thought this is the default condor behavior.
