[Condor-users] Flocking Issues

Hey,
   I am having a slight problem negotiating between two windows central 
managers to allow flocking between them.  I've checked to make sure that 
these hosts can see each others' ports, and now in the cluster I'm 
trying to get to flock to, my negotiator log is printing the following.  
Anyone have any clues?
