You’re right, it was not causing the condor_submit to fail.

I was fooled on that by looking for the queued jobs in the wrong queue.

 

And I now have it working without the warning as you suggest.

remove Memory >= 350 from Requirements,   and add
request_memory = 350

to make the warning go away.   I would not expect submit to be failing because of this, however.
