The more I look at the state, systems, and workflow that UW follows and I sometimes wonder if anyone has though about combining everything with JIRA. Not that we can't keep the separate systems up to date(toggle,RUST,gittrac,p2p-emails,etc), but things certainly have become crufty to say the least.
At least with JIRA you can easily create a customized dashboard which any n00b can scan to get a view of what is going on.
