[Condor-devel] Global priority and other scaling discussions

Greetings!

I noticed in my #distcomp scrollbuffer that there are some very
interesting discussions happening around scalability right now,
including enabling global priorities:

We've done a lot of scaling work in the past, have a few opinions, and
would like to track the discussion.  Are there meetings we could
listen in on around this, should we be asking questions on this list,
or just watching that ticket?
