[Condor-devel] How to add a module and test it

Hi
I am research student and  new to condor.
I am working on Grid workflow scheduling algorithms.
My questions are   
1:- Is there any class diagram available for condor?
2:- Is there any help available to get started for adding new modules?
3:- Is there any testing Grid environment available, on which newly added module can be tested?
Like I would like to test my scheduling algorithm.
