[Condor-devel] Rule about adding attachments to gittrac tickets

Hi Folks -

To help streamline the application of patches, I'd like to propose a new 
rule when attaching a patch file to a gittrac ticket on the Condor Wiki:

In the gittrac description edit box for the attachment, please always 
include the branch name from which the patch originated.  Thanks.  It 
would also be helpful if the patch was created from the proper branch, 
e.g. either from the current stable branch (aka V7_6-branch) or from the 
master.
