[Condor-devel] Update to the linux kernel input atime patch

Good morning,

I've updated the patch from http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/kernel.patch.html so 
that it applies cleanly to 2.6.28. I requested that the new patch be included 
in Ubuntu by default. The patch is available at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-meta/+bug/391318

I think it would be a good idea for there to be a copyright statement for the 
original patch so it would be clear to the Ubuntu developers that they can 
include it.

Did anybody every get a response from the two LKML messages asking for this 
feature to be re-enabled? If so, they are not in the archive.
