[Condor-devel] Starter wrong priv state with job hooks?

I'm seeing problems in 7.3.0 with the priv state where a local
universe job runs as condor instead of as the user if I use the
job hook mechanism.  Without the job hook mechanism, there is no
problem.

I'm aware of the work done last august (Drupal 1628).  As best I
can tell, those fixes are in place, although reviewing the patch
I don't currently understand how they fix the problem.

I'm going to continue digging through the code and try to fix
this, but in the meanwhile if anyone has potentially relevant
knowledge, or perhaps can point me to more recent work on the
problem, I'd be appreciative.
