| Subject: | [Gems-users] opal decode error and simulation correctness |
|
Hello On simulating some of the benchmarks in SPEC2k, I got the error: ### statici::decodeFails. line:2809. inst=0x99b00f08 cycle[ 2206509 ] I saw the thread: https://lists.cs.wisc.edu/archive/gems-users/2008-February/msg00035.shtml and found that this is occurring because of some unimplemented instructions. I am only interested in knowing whether this is a mere warning or does it affect the correctness of execution of benchmark on the simulated machine? I would be thankful for the answer. -- Thanks and Regards Sparsh Mittal |
