[Gems-users] SIMICS_RUBY_MULTIPLIER: 4 is this the only way to set Ruby cycle

Ruby clock cycle is automatically set by this parameter 

SIMICS_RUBY_MULTIPLIER: 4 

Is not it?

Is there any other way to do that?
