[Gems-users] Compile Ruby and Opal Failed

Subject: [Gems-users] Compile Ruby and Opal Failed 

Hi,

I have encountered compilation failed when I first time to install GEMS. I
followed the GEMS wiki instructions and tried on both Solaris 10 and Ubuntu
7.10 platform. The simicis version I used is 3.0.30. g++ is 4.1. The error
message is "g++: unrecognized option '-stopcompile'". Could anybody give me
a help.
