  Internally, for Opal we run the "sarek" target with Solaris 9, gcc 
3.4.X, and Simics 2.X.  All of the GEMS releases should work with those 
settings.
  Your problems might have to do with one or more of these: 1) Target 
processor type and 2) Simics version.
  Can you narrow down your problem to one of these factors?
