You have to install it yourself. There are preinstalled binaries that you can use, here is one site that provides it http://www.sunfreeware.com/programlistsparc9.html

     I install the solaris 9 with segrete,I install it with the simics' document step by step,  But when I finish installing solaris,I can not find the gcc,How to reinstall the gcc?
