When PERFECT_MEMORY_SYSTEM is true, it should cause all memory references to have a fixed latency, namely PERFECT_MEMORY_SYSTEM_LATENCY. No requests will ever reach the sequencer.

Hi all,

is the parameter PERFECT_MEMORY_SYSTEM from rubyconfig.defaults doing anything? I notice absolutely no variation at the results of ruby whether I have it set to true or false.

Thanks,
Nikolas
