The exact slowdown depends on a variety of factors (workload, host machine, host memory size, target memory size, target number of hardware thread contexts, etc), and not all of the slowdown numbers are from the same sources.

Suffice to say the simulation will be VERY slow, *about* 45kx slower than realtime. Try running your workload on a real machine and see how long it runs.
